Tagit SA has been at the forefront of providing innovative security solutions, and we are proud to announce our collaboration with a high-quality Acousto-Magnetic (AM) label producer in China. Our goal was to develop an alternative to Sensormatic at a lower cost without compromising on quality, following the expiration of their global patents in August 2016/17. We are excited to share that the AM security tags from this producer have received full approval from IDH in Germany, and hold VDI 4420 part 1 & 2 certification. Our Tagit SA Quality Assurance Team has also given their full approval to these superior AM security labels.
With the expiration of Sensormatic patents, you now have the opportunity to explore a wider range of options for your security needs. As a result, you can choose from a variety of suppliers and solutions that best meet your requirements without any patent restrictions. At TAGIT, we understand the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest developments in security technology. We offer a diverse range of cutting-edge security solutions that can help you protect your assets, prevent theft, and enhance your overall security measures. We develop and manufacture our own high-quality amorphous and semi-hard magnetic ribbon, so we are able to produce DR (double resonant) labels which perform as well as competitors 3 resonator labels and as well as the leading DR brand.
Our DR labels have been tested independently by IDH in Dortmund (Gemany) and fully comply with VDI 4420 Part 1 Certification and were proven to perform as well as the latest Sensormatic APX (DR) label.
We manufacture our own high-quality semi-hard material, which is stable over time and in recent tests, versus other Chinese produced labels, they were shown to have consistent detection & deactivation performance over time, whereas as these other label producers, using unstable material had a large drop-off performance over 12 months. This is essential for retailers and for source tagged goods, as these labels can remain on the goods for many months.
We develop and manufacture our own high quality amorphous and semi-hard magnetic ribbon, it is able to produce DR (double resonant) labels which perform as well as competitors 3 resonator labels and as well as the leading DR brand.
Our labels comply with VDI 4420 VDI Part 2 Certification for deactivation and have a very high consistency of deactivation height.
For retailers EAS Systems to work well it is important that the consistency of AM labels in the different batches is maintained during the high volume production process. We have the complete set of amorphous resonators and magnetic bias production technology, together with the sealing and other related technologies. We can therefore fully guarantee the consistency of our AM labels.
The defect rate is very low and we offer free replacement of any labels which suffer from any detection, deactivation or adhesion problems.
AM labels needs to work with various types of AM antennas, the detection distance is different according to different brand or different types of antennas.
Some AM labels produced by other companies with lower frequency tolerance will have much lower detection levels when being used with the latest AM antenna which only work on a narrow frequency band and therefore would not be able to protect the retailer’s security.
Our company controls the process of Amorphous resonators and Magnetic bias production, labels sealing accurately by high precision automation equipment, and we guarantee that >96% of the labels will have a frequency of between 57.7KHz~58.3KHz which makes them compatible with any AM antenna on the market without any detection issues.
